Green tractors don't have the heating problems? Are you talking red tractor with open center?

Any tractor with open center Hyd will have heating problems if your drill is set up for closed center. That is if you want to run it with active down pressure. A 1560 drill would have been set up for a closed center system when it left the factory. It could have been changed to open center, lf you're lucky.

There is a kit you can get from Deere that lets you easily change your drill from the factory closed center setup, to an open center setup. You can change it to either setup in a minute with the kit. Not sure on price.

My MTX 120 is closed center so it should work fine I think. Just making sure

But if you know you'll always be running it on an open center tractor, it sounds like Pigsncows has a cheap, simple solution.
