SE South Dakota | .16 in SE SD and I bet if we had 2 inches it’d looked like we had a sprinkle it’s dry amd I haven’t checked the other counties I farm in but I’m guessing about the same anywhere from .10-.30 and we needed in all those counties . It showed at my farm that we had yellows on the radar for an hour and it was a sprinkle .... they need to tone down their Doppler radar
