The first 800’s didn’t have leading-trailing closing discs, their arms were the same length, but I can’t recall how long they were.


On the vast majority of closing systems are staggered, there must be a good reason. It definitely would benefit from the whole system being a couple of inches longer.


I had an 800 without staggered closing disks. They would plug with fodder and rocks much easier. I added the staggering option and it helped quite a bit.
