| It is definitely not a full analysis. When they don’t disclose the numbers for silage is what throws up the red flag to me. It seemed to me that ever dairy I know was out searching to buy more corn silage because they were expecting a shorter crop in 2019. I think there are things that could account for the number changes. Pretty sure dairy’s were starting to feed less Alfalfa and more corn silage. Also I think they were moving to more silage specific hybrids and were certifying those acre as silage and not as corn. | |
