Southeast WI | Every area is different and everyone has a comfort zone. It was miserably cold here so we held off on planting until starting on April 26. If forecast looks good go time is after april 20. Well this year was cold. So 10-11 days later corn is spiking all over so it wasn't as cold as we thought. Normal spring weather. Now we have frost forecast 3 of next 4 nights. Oh well. I'm still comfortable with my choice. Wouldn't have done it differently with conditions we had. | |
