Northwest Iowa | Are people really that excited if corn goes to $10 and $20 soybeans? Think about the long term effects of this whole thing if prices go to those levels. People going for your land, inputs through the roof that generally don’t come down as fast, rents, buying land, can the livestock guy buy your products for feed potentially effecting long term demand (once people give up livestock kind of hard to gear back up and roll with it again)
I guess count me in the boat as I hope it doesn’t go there for many different reasons stated above. | |
