Can you can explain to me that if the USDA was 100% correct in everything over the past two years... how this would have kept impoverished people in third world countries from dying of starvation? Also... can you point me in the direction of a law or edict that says that one of the USDA's jobs/mandates is keeping impoverished people in third world countries well fed?
