So, did not a single person die from these other corona viruses? Why didn’t they rush it to the market then?

Actually those prior outbreaks were able to be contained before a vaccine was produced. Look up SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome named SARS COV-1) AND MERS (Middle East respiratory syndrome).
They are both corona viruses that began to spread internationally and even though they were MORE lethal, they were LESS contagious than COVID-19 (properly named SARS COV-2). The biggest difference is that there was no asymptomatic period when a person could be spreading those viruses. So a temp scan was an almost 100% effective way to screen people for them. So, the international response was able to contain them before they reached pandemic levels. COVID-19, not so much.
