Those of us who spent a good portion of life driving vehicles that tended to die at every stop light or sign then maybe restart or not tend to not be so enthusiastic about this new "feature".
I've been wondering when the first billion-dollar lawsuit will happen when some of these vehicles get a couple hundred thousand miles on them and somebody gets killed in an intersection or railroad crossing because the stupid car wasn't running and didn't want to.
I once had a Buick (the sort that still had a carburetor) that died in the middle of an intersection adjacent to a police station. They yelled at me because I left my car there, I said I didn't come in here because I wanted to I came in here because I need somebody to help me get it moved out of the intersection....
Can you make these new vehicles not shut of when sitting at a stop light?
