| Our 2020 Enclave has the auto off feature, has no way of shutting it off as some vehicles have. I found a company that made a switch box that plugged into your hood wiring system to defeat the auto off feature. I called the company about purchasing one but the r3p that I talked to said they were only available for 2019 & early models. Asked the sales an who we bought the vehicle from & he claimed there was no way around it. Daughter's 2019 Traverse has a switch as does the co-onwer of the local parts store 2020 Traverse.
I find the feature annoying but I don't drive the vehicle that often & it doesn't bother my wife. It eventually has to shorten the life of the starter but we normally only keep a vehicle 2 years so I figure that's going to be someone else's problem. Has anyone seen actual figures as to how much fuel / emissions the feature saves? Be interesting to see.
