Franklinton, LA | We enjoyed meeting you and your wife. I regret that you did not have more time to see some other interesting areas of LA. I am glad you made it home safely and I hope you can come back when you have more time.
It is always interesting to see how far visitors will stray from their food comfort zone. I will give CleavePreach an "A" and his wife a "B+". He did really well with the crayfish and corn soup as well as the catfish filet stuffed with a seafood dressing and then some beignets. His wife said no to the soup but yes to the eggplant with the seafood stuffing as well as the beignets.
