Poutine is popular no doubt but I don't know if I would say its the most popular fast food in Canada though. I only know of a few local restaurants that offer it,and none offer it as their specialty. Go into North Eastern Ontario and Quebec and its a different story, some of the best I had was at a farm based cheese factory/restaurant. Fresh curds mmm mmm good
