Liberty, MO | I bought a NEW Timpte 40 ft trailer in mid 2014 and the 1st 5,000 miles were pure HELL for me and the dealer and his service department. The factory had the dealer to try everything, but none of that used fixed the problems. Finally the dealer replaced the drums and shoes that were half worn out without the factory authorization and it fixed the problems of wanting to slide the wheels when loaded as well as empty. These drums were egg shaped and were returned to Timpte ASAP... Forgot to mention it was stamped on the brake drums MADE IN CHINA. This had to come from the axle MFG company. | |
