2600- older. 20+ years old. Same unit as 7000 John Deere
3600- 2001-2019? Same frame and concept as 2600 with a much improved row unit
3650- not many of these out there, but it has a wider area between the front and back toolbar to accommodate larger fertilizer tanks or a bulk fill contraption similar to a box drill.
3660- 2008-2019? My favorite (I own 3). The axle pivots up and down when you raise and lower in field position instead of raising up and down on the center post like the 3600. It is a heavier built planter in many ways and is a bit more sophisticated. All 3660s are hydraulic drive, row clutches, and either an agleader or isobus monitor. They also raise up higher in field position. The heavier frame makes it a superior choice for mounting liquid tanks IMO. I’ve had 950 gallons worth on a 3660 16x30 for 10 years.
3605, 3665 2020 present are basically the same as the 3600 and 3660 with an updated cast iron row unit similar to Deere. There are also some new monitoring options.
All the planters you mentioned are twin line and can be 15” planters.
All 3—0 planter have the same “evolution series” row unit.
I’ve probably planted close to 50,000 acres with Kinze twin line planters amd all I can say is the are fairly simple, dependable and they just work.

This is why Agtalk is awesome. Thank you for the overview sir. How would you feel about towing a liquid cart with one of these beasts? I’ve seen it done but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a good idea.
