But I thought I read, that you might have to update the 500 unit to 4.00 software, First, then update again to 5.12 version (maybe someone will confirm that, for us) Your software is really old.

Here is an 11 year old video, that helped me go from 5.10 to 5.12, because I'd never done it before. (back then 5.10 was the latest version)
