I have a 12/23 box 3600. I have had one of this configuration for 20 years. Never had dry fertilizer. I would load all 23 boxes with beans and travel short (less than 3 miles) distances without any incidents. Others have told me they too do this. Never heard of any problems from doing this. That stated, the manual tells the owner not to do this. Know nothing about a 3660.
