I'd check the connection for the DEF heater valve on the left side of the engine, about 2/3 of the way up and back. On ours the OEM wires were too short and pulled out of the cirxular connection. Twice. The second time I added 6" to the harness and have had no problems since. If you need a mew connector, its about $15.
