Belt grinder. I acquired one last fall and tried it on the mower blades the other day. Worked amazing, fast and accurate.
The secret to mower blades is to take a file and make one pass across the edge after it's sharp, takes the wire edge off and it will stay sharp longer. This is from a John Deere service bulletin many years ago. . .
