If you have jet agitation on each end it doesn't take much of a piece of junk to plug them. If you have the sparge tube it couldn't hardly plug all the holes. Have to get in tank and unscrew them to clean. Just unplugged one on mine last week.
What you describe sounds plugged to me. I usually run 20 lbs max agitation after products are mixed
