coast of Maine | Rained a bit so got to think of cooking.So I scored some antelope on my recent out west drive.Hmm,,meatzza came to mind.Beef/antelope crust,egg and almond flour basted after crisping under broiler,layed on the sauce ,fresh basil,lots of cheese,sauteed hen of woods mushrooms with green garlic layer,onions,basil leaves ,some salami slices,asparagus,some things I missed and baked hot for 16 minutes,,,a meal in a slice said my wife,,me it was two slices..hehe,appetizer was cold scallops on fresh cucumbers,,fantastic
