WY, OK | If they made it retroactive it would just force people, at worst case into bankruptcy, and at best case, to sell out completely. Does make sense in the grand scheme of Build Back Better. My natural instinct is that would never happen but I did live through the last year where they told businesses and Churches they couldn't be open and told landlords you can't evict non paying renters and people happily complied. | |
