north central Ohio | If your intent was to buy another piece from the beginning you needed to have it all lined up to do it right. I assume you didn’t plan on buying another property by the sound of it and therefor didn’t set anything up on sale originally? Their is something also called a reverse 1031. Might look it up. I am no expert but Dad did one a couple years ago like you want to do but he lined up a buyer before he bought another piece at auction. So all went smoothy. | |
