What is the best thing to full one of these with? At first I thought we would tow with a semi, but after talking to the salesman he says a lot of people move them a reasonable distance with a one ton truck. I like pulling stuff with a semi, but if it doesn't have much tongue weight it can be just as much of an issue stopping that too and if you have to get over on a soft shoulder that will get stuck much sooner than our 4x4 utility truck. Have a 1 ton utility truck(4x4) with a good DMI hitch or a 1.5 ton with a flatbed or a semi. We have 130 miles to go and the majority will be on good county roads with a wide shoulder so we should be able to take our time. We have a DMI 5300 19 shank that we always move we even a 3/4 ton pickup. It doesn't have much tongue weight either.
