Gary Pilarchik has a youtube channel called The Rusted Garden. His vids are pretty informative. I thought I'd link to A Complete Guide to Digging & Planting Your First Vegetable Garden. He seems to do about all his gardening in either raised beds or containers. Some of these guys maximize whatever space they have.
