There is no-way in the world a stripped down 9330 weighed that much. I’ve weighed one with pto, three point hitch, and duals several times.
that's a caseih 9330 that is.
I assumed it was a JD 9330. A 15 second google search says it weighs just over 37k pounds. Given that, I’d tell the dealer and truck broker to figure it out between them. IMO they both dropped the ball when it’s that easy to find out the stated weight wasn’t right.
