Who organized the shipping? Was the shipping cost and tractor paid by you before the tractor left the dealer? (Trying to see if the shipping quote became a shipping price and locked in as contract by your payment - the "consideration paid" of the executed contract)

Dealer set up all the shipping with the broker. Total payment (unit cost and stated freight) was payed and acknowledged well before the tractor left the dealers lot. Body of the email states "include the $3,900 to ship".
