Yep, a track press is a tedious, labor intensive thing to run, not to mention it can kill you...I suspect the insurance companies hate them.
The last track press on this side of the Divide shut down years ago, I know of a guy who hauled a set of D8 rails to Cat in Denver a few years back & had the P&B turned. Not really economically feasible any more to squeeze a few more hours out of a half-gone set of rails.
