It looks like eBay.com has opened shipping logistics to Africa and there are a lot of Ford truck parts available on eBay.

edit to add: I don't know if these guys sell front-end or brake parts and I know your engines are completely different.
If your front suspension uses leaf springs (instead of coil springs) you'll want to limit your front-end parts to US model year 2005 and earlier because US trucks went to a coil spring front end and different hubs in 2006.
