Welcome to the world of torsion axles. You can't fix them.
Is just the tire wobbling on the bearings? Or is the arm the stub axle mounts on what's loose?
Is your axle welded on? They do make factory mounting brackets for torsion axles. Four bolts and the whole thing comes off.
