NCIN | I've been having a fuel issue with my garden tractor. Tractor runs for various times then quits. Looking at the clear fuel filter, no fuel in it when it quits. I've tried it all and know the pump is working well. I began to wonder if the float and/or the needle valve was sticking in the carb so dumped some Sea Foam in. That corrected the problem.....at least it appears to. That Sea Foam is a bit expensive. My question is, can I use 2-stroke oil instead for lubrication and how much? Fuel tank is like 1 1/2 gallon.
Thanks for your response.
