North Liberty and South Bend, Indiana
Depends mostly on the taste of what was baled. We wrap about 800 rounds a year and it seems that the nastier smelling wetter it was/is the better they eat it. If not wrapped correctly they may eat a dry bale before the wrapped bale. If done anywhere near right they will definitely eat a wrapped bale quicker. If done a bit incorrectly and baled a fair amount too high of moisture the will devour it. We were feeding one bale a day then got into a nasty smelling pouring out liquid section and by noon they were ballerina for more. Had to feed them 2 a day to keep them quiet. And they get corn silage too.
