Probably early blight.Using a product like Bravo at least once a week is advised but if its late blight there are some better chemicals,you could try removing lots of the sucker growth and staking firmly or trellis,they look good actually,these are inside todays photo,as the fruit gets size ,bush out some but not all or sun scald,keep fruit treated as late blight will get them.
