Barry County, MI | You can see the last year's clover seed from the crop last fall coming up in the field. You wouldn't hardly believe this field was chiseled plowed in the fall.
The first season it had no till oats after chemical beans. Then we went to an eight way cover before we seeded the cover in July, we manured it and put our different array of fertilizer that has 50-70 trace minerals, hummates, and what not. Done the Zimmer Way. And the next year we just seeded clover. It looks to me like it's ready to grow a great corn crop if I don't screw it up and Mother Nature helps!
Thanks to my baby daughter for putting this on for me. :)
