All the residue blows off. starting last fall.

Not all VT tools are the same. We tried a turbo max with straight blades and a Sunflower 6630 with concavity to the blades showed a world of difference when a tool is able to anchor the residue with some soil with one holding the residue and two beginning the breakdown of the residue. The residue on top with no soil around does not decompose very well in our area. Blowing away is the only way it breaks down.
