When you buy P you buy P205, and when you buy K, you buy K20, so you have to convert to elemental P and K. I believe you divide P205 by 2.3 and K20 by 1.2 to get elemental P and K (correct me if I am wrong).

So 100# 18-46-0 is 46# P205, which is 20# elemental P (46/2.3)

250# 0-0-60 is 150# K20, which is 125# elemental K (150/1.2)

If you want to go from P to P205, multiply P by 2.3
To go from K to K20, multiply K by 1.2.
