Subject: What Demand Destruction?

Northern Illinois
long term corn usage.

By the very definition of demand as the price of something goes up the usage of that product goes down. Higher prices and less usage can equal the same demand. There have been brief periods of time where corn usage may dip but the long term usage trend is up. If we were to truly have demand destruction the usage would take a long to to rebound.
