Are you saying that the urea got wet enough to wash off the agrotain and then a day later your not seeing any pills left? I would say the agrotain would still inhibit unease as the urea prill melts into the soil. Hopefully working it in got the n buried at least 1" deep, but some is always going to be shallower and more prone to losses. I would not worry any more than normal. If your really worried, don't place n on the surface to begin with.
