He mentioned they would get some to give to customers but they would have to get a signed user agreement for everyone they gave it to just like they have to get for traited field corn they sell. The headache of getting and keeping track of signed agreements isn’t worth it in that case. I’d guess the same hassle is the reason you don’t see it for sale in small quantities.
