Between Omaha and Des Moines, 7 miles South of I80

I haven't even got a singe seed, in the ground, yet; because I took on a ditch clean-up project, this year, that I've been wanted to do for the last 8 years. (could get an excavator and dozer, here

This set me back about 6- 8 days, for starting planting. (now, this upcoming cold spell)

 

I have a neighbor, that always plants, "late" , each year, so I will see what my crops, look like planting late, also; this year. (His crops look good , from the road)

Yes, I will wait for this cold spell, to go by.
