Check Fastenal. I'd think you could get threaded rod in any length you want
Dunno if you can get it easily in more than 3 and 10' lengths.
IIRC 3/4" is easy to get - - - dunno about 7/8 and 1".
For hanging a 18' long gate I wouldn't use anything less than 1" all thread.
Might even want to get some hot roll 1.25" dia and thread the off end welding on a spacing washer.
