Whoa ! What does the ginger ale do? More bubbles or ginger flavor?
I doesn’t really do anything to the flavor that I can tell,it just makes the pancakes light and fluffy,it’s very noticeable.I really like cooking breakfast for my crew,usually in winter when the sunrise is later,I’ll feed 5 or 6 of us sometimes and they always want me to make pancakes,I pour the pure maple syrup on them.
Man if I hadn’t already ate supper I’d go run off a batch and eat pancakes for supper,I haven’t made any since Christmas time. |
