You do understand that's how most vaccines work right? No vaccine is 100 % effective.
You can still get the measles after the mmr vaccine you can still spread it. We had a measle outbreak in my county two years ago among vaccinated people. It was small but still happened.
Just getting the polio vaccine can you can transmit polio to unvaccinated children.
