Central Alberta | Just for fun, I tried colloidal silver a few years ago, but it was fairly expensive and very weak at only 10 ppm silver.
So I started making my own using pure silver wire. I don't know the concentration but I'm sure it's a lot stronger than 10 ppm.
Since then I've never had any infections from cuts or ingrown toenails. I've never experienced any skin-darkening, and from what I gather, that's a bit of a hoax. Some people buy impure metal wire thinking it's silver, and they sometimes have a reaction of darkening the skin.
