Then, not sure about where you live, but right now I am in a "position" from an accident last fall where I was side swiped on on interstate, in my lane, could not avoid, the driver was issued hit and run and improper lane usage but I get a bill for 20% of the damages because I "Should Have Avoided It"
Allstate Ins can kiss my Ass.
