We switched agents with no issues. The old agent I think got a bit cranky as it went against his portfolio somehow.

Good possibly, old agent sold his book. If customers leave (even to another agent with same company), loss in revenue to new agent, loss in pay for his book is possible. BUT he might have been better to sell his book to an agent that 'fit' his book. Eg knows farms/farmers. |
