Ken's right, Colorado has had that law since the 60's, anybody born after me, (1948), has to have the card. No big deal, the school district here gives the course in PE class in 10th grade anyway. I got it in PE before it was even mandatory.
And yeah, 10-12 people got shot in Colorado EVERY year before the hunter safety law...pretty rare now. | |
