McLean county IL | USA, What months on these options you bought?? Are they intended for '21 beans? Some for the corn in bin and also some '21 corn??
Underwater?? I don't really see it that way... You bought call options which means you bought insurance for potential price rises; depending on what strike prices you chose and option months, of course...
Looks to me though, if you intended some of these calls to apply toward the "corn in the bin" that you've "doubled up" on speculating. ... you're sittin on unpriced grain hoping for price rise,( which it has since last fall) and now you've got some long calls on it, too, and then some... again,, not knowing what option months and strike levels, you might consider selling some bin corn to deliver for cash n bill paying. You'd still be long on them with calls anyway, to glean any future price move up on those bushels. No margin calls either as someone already pointed out.
