NWND | Last summer we had no rain after July 5th. My yard went dormant and half dead early. It was so dry and crunchy it just broke off when u walked on it. Essentially no snow this winter and no rain this spring and it's just not coming around. Do I just let it go and see what happens and plan on over seeding this fall or do it now? Can also spread and drag seed in. Watering is not an option except right close to the house. I sprayed it late fall with some 24D maybe I i dinged it some since it was hurt already?
