The “on the fence acres” in the I states went to wheat last fall. Wheat was $6+ and new crop corn was sub $4. The largest wheat company in the country was virtually sold out of wheat last fall. I’ll give you a hint....the company starts with a P. There is significantly more wheat acres in I states than past history....and it’s not getting tore up now that wheat is 7+ regardless of what market commentators are saying about “wheat acres getting tore up”.
