West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | I can't see how recommending upping the dose of a drug that is not labeled for the treatment of a problem, because the off label use of the drug is not having the desired effect treating the problem, to a level that is not labeled for human use by the drugs developer is sound advice.
